I use my mask ALL the time and have had zero issues with it. In fact, it’s been amazing for improving the dark spots and melasma on my skin. I’m 49 with combo oily skin for reference.

I ordered this unit and received it,, I plugged it in to charge it but it didn't seem to work/charge. There seems to be only one way to charge the unit... the instructions said a green light would flash when first plugged in and when fully charged the light would be a solid green. The light was a solid green from the beginning, but the unit never charged. The user manual had no phone contact for the company only an email, so I called customer service and they mailed me a new unit, but the same thing is occuring. I wonder if anyone else has had this issue?
I use this regularly and it works beautifully, I get compliments that my skin looks more youthful and I look more rested. When life gets crazy and I forget to use this, that’s when I get the comments of “are you OK?” Then I remember that I have not been using my currentbody for several weeks, lol. I find a good maintenance usage is about once or twice a week after that first intensive month. And in just 10 minutes of closing my eyes and sitting there not doing anything, it’s also a restorative time for my mind as well as my face. I don’t understand multitasking while you’re wearing this, lol!
I’ve been using this since February. It’s definitely lightened sun spots on my forehead. Also, I think my skin looks brighter. I’m happy with it. I used the LED every day for a month then went to 3x. A week and a few months later went back to every day for a months I only use the hydrogel masks once a month maybe twice. I like them as well. Very happy with this purchase
