These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Jennikeyn.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Ecomcht LLC (“Jennikeyn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site runs on WooCommerce. Payments are processed by Stripe.
1. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including shipping address and personalization text.
2. What we sell
We sell custom laser-cut metal signs and related metal décor. Most items are made to order. Size, finish, lighting options (if any), price, and personalization fields are stated on the product page.
We do not sell official military seals or insignia, counterfeit goods, or products that use another company’s trademark as if we were that brand. Product photos are examples of style and size; your finished sign will show the text you enter at checkout.
Lighted versions are sold only when that option is listed on the product page and appears at checkout.
3. Orders, prices, and payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout shows another currency.
- The price and shipping charge shown at checkout are the amounts you pay.
- Payment must be completed through Stripe using a method Stripe accepts at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order (including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or text we cannot legally produce). If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount paid for the canceled items through Stripe.
- Title to goods transfers as described in the Shipping Policy.
A pricing or availability error on a listing does not obligate us to fulfill an order at an incorrect price if the error is obvious. We will notify you and either honor a corrected price with your consent or cancel and refund.
4. Personalization
You are responsible for spelling, capitalization, and layout of names and dates you submit. We produce what you type, within the design template.
You must not submit text or images that are unlawful, defamatory, or that infringe copyrights or trademarks. We may reject personalization that we reasonably believe violates the law or these Terms. If production has not started, we may refund; if you insist on content we cannot fulfill, we may cancel that line item.
Custom cutting starts after payment. Changes are possible only before production begins. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number.
5. Shipping
Shipping rates, processing time, and delivery estimates are in our Shipping Policy. In summary:

Estimates are not guarantees. You must provide a complete, deliverable address. Risk of loss passes when the carrier accepts the package, except where law requires otherwise. Duties and import taxes on international orders are yours unless checkout says they are included.
6. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
U.S. returns follow the policy we submit to Google Merchant Center, published at

For deliveries in the United States:
- We accept returns of defective and non-defective products.
- Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition for non-defective returns: new (unused, undamaged, complete).
- Method: by mail only.
- Return label: free, sent for you to download and print.
- Restocking fee: none.
- Exchanges are not accepted. Return the item and place a new order if you need a different size, design, or text.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within 10 days after we receive and inspect the return.
Non-defective returns: product price refunded; original outbound shipping is not refunded unless law requires it.
Defective, damaged, missing, or not-as-described items: product price and original outbound shipping refunded.
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, notify us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can file a carrier claim.
International returns are handled case by case as described in the Shipping and Returns policies. The Merchant Center return settings above apply to the United States.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, you must keep the password confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may close accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for fraud.
8. Intellectual property
The Site design, product mockups, written content, and original sign artwork are owned by Ecomcht LLC or our licensors. You may not copy the catalog, scrape the Site, or resell our photos as your own listings.
When you submit personalization, you grant us a limited license to use that text solely to produce, pack, and support your order.

9. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Site for unlawful activity
- Interfere with the Site, checkout, or other users
- Upload malware or attempt to access other accounts
- Misuse promotional codes
- Submit personalization that infringes others’ rights
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the return and refund rights in section 6 and any warranty that cannot be excluded by law, products and the Site are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free listings, or that a sign will last forever in every climate. Outdoor life depends on weather, installation, and care. Descriptions of coating and outdoor use are good-faith descriptions of typical use, not a lifetime guarantee unless a listing expressly says otherwise.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecomcht LLC and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from the Site or an order.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law does not allow this limit (including certain consumer rights).
Some states do not allow certain limitations. In those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Ecomcht LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your personalization content, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including data shared with WooCommerce hosting, Stripe, fulfillment partners, carriers, and Google (Merchant Center, Analytics, and ads where enabled).
14. Electronic communications
You agree that we may send order, shipping, and service messages to the email you provide. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Legal notices may be sent to that email or posted on the Site.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For material changes that affect an existing paid order, the Terms in effect when you placed that order still apply to that order, except where the law requires otherwise.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New Mexico will have jurisdiction, except that you may have additional mandatory rights in your state of residence.
17. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, plus the Privacy, Shipping, and Returns policies, are the entire agreement for use of the Site and purchases. You may not assign your account without our consent. We may assign the agreement in connection with a sale of the business.
