We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect customers and partners to do the same. This policy describes how we handle claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the “DMCA”), and similar notices about trademarks or other IP.
We do not sell counterfeit goods or listings that copy another company’s trademark to pass our products off as theirs. Original artwork on this Site is owned by Ecomcht LLC or used under license. Personalized text you submit is used only to produce your order.

Email is the fastest method. We may ask you to confirm the same text by mail.
2. Takedown notice (copyright owner)
If you believe content on Jennikeyn.com (including a product listing, image, description, or other material) infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable for email if you state it is your signature).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us find it (product URL, SKU, and description of the image or text).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Incomplete notices may be ignored or returned for more detail. We do not honor mass, automated, or bad-faith notices.
Misrepresentation: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages.
3. What we do after a valid notice
When we receive a complete notice that appears to meet the DMCA:
- We may remove or disable access to the specified material.
- We may notify the customer or partner who provided it, if applicable.
- Repeat or clear infringement may lead to removal of listings or termination of accounts.
Removing a listing is not an admission of liability. We may also decline to remove material when the notice is incomplete, the use appears lawful (including fair use), or we have a good-faith basis to keep it live while we review.
4. Counter-notice
If your listing or other material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal (URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located (or the District of New Mexico if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or that person’s agent.
We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not notify us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material at our discretion, as the DMCA allows.
5. Trademarks and other IP
To report a trademark, design patent, or right-of-publicity concern (for example a listing that uses a brand name or logo you own):

- The product URL
- Why you believe the listing is unauthorized
- A good-faith statement that the information is accurate
We review these reports separately from DMCA copyright notices. Google Merchant Center and Google Ads also have their own legal issue / trademark complaint forms. Filing with Google does not replace notice to us if you want the listing removed from this Site.
6. Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts or refuse service to users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or who submit personalization that we reasonably believe infringes others’ rights.
7. Customers and custom text
If you order a personalized sign, you represent that you have the right to use the names and phrases you submit. You agree to indemnify Ecomcht LLC against claims arising from that content, as stated in our Terms of Service.
We may refuse or cancel an order whose artwork or text appears to infringe copyrights or trademarks.
8. Google Merchant Center and ads
Product titles, descriptions, and images used on this Site may also appear in Google Shopping and related ads through Google Merchant Center. If you believe a Shopping listing infringes your rights:
- Send us a notice as described above so we can edit or remove the source listing; and
- You may also use Google’s processes for Shopping ads and Merchant Center.
We will cooperate with valid legal notices so that removed Site content is also removed from our product feed when applicable.
