1. Our intellectual property

Unless we say otherwise on a listing, Ecomcht LLC owns or controls:

  • The Jennikeyn name, logo, and store branding
  • Original sign artwork, silhouettes, layouts, and design files created for this store
  • Product photographs, mockups, and videos we publish
  • Written product titles, descriptions, and policy pages on this Site

These materials are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law and by similar laws in other countries. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

“Jennikeyn” refers to this store. It is not affiliated with any other brand that may have a similar name.

2. Limited permission to use our Site

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use when shopping or managing an order.

A purchase gives you ownership of the physical sign we ship to you. It does not transfer copyright in our underlying artwork, mockups, or website content, except the limited right to display the finished sign you bought in your home or business.

3. Third-party intellectual property

We respect third-party copyrights, trademarks, and other rights.

  • We do not sell counterfeit goods.
  • We do not use another company’s logo or official mark to pass our signs off as that company’s products.
  • We do not claim to be an official or licensed store of automakers, sports leagues, studios, or U.S. military services.
  • Names of places, animals, hobbies, or generic product types in a title are descriptive only.

Google Merchant Center prohibits counterfeit products and misleading use of trademarks. We apply the same rules to our feed: brand and identity fields identify Jennikeyn / Ecomcht LLC, not a third-party manufacturer we do not represent.

4. Customer personalization

Text you enter (family name, date, short phrase) is used only to produce and support your order. You represent that you have the right to use that text.

You must not upload or request reproduction of:

  • Copyrighted characters, album art, or studio logos
  • Registered brand logos you do not own or license
  • Official government or military seals and insignia

We may reject or cancel an order that appears to infringe those rights. You agree to cover claims that arise from content you submitted, as stated in the Terms of Service.

5. Product feed and Google Shopping

Titles, descriptions, prices, availability, and images submitted to Google Merchant Center are taken from this Site. They must stay consistent with the product page.

If we remove or change a listing because of an IP issue, we will update or withdraw the corresponding Merchant Center offer when applicable so Shopping ads do not continue to show the removed content.

6. How to report an infringement

Copyright (DMCA): follow the notice requirements on our DMCA / Copyright Policy and email [email protected] with subject DMCA Notice.

Trademark or other IP: email [email protected] with subject IP Report and include:

  • Your name, organization, and contact information
  • The mark, work, or right you own (registration number if any)
  • The exact product URL and a description of the alleged infringement
  • A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized

You may also use Google’s processes for Shopping ads and Merchant Center. A report to Google does not replace notice to us if you want the listing removed from this Site.

We may remove or edit material, notify the customer if needed, and refuse repeat infringers.

False or bad-faith notices may create legal liability for the sender.

7. Unsolicited design submissions

Do not send original artwork unless we asked for it. If you send unsolicited designs, you agree we may refuse them and that sending them does not create a confidential relationship or obligation to use or pay for them.
