Very nice model. Just find the door to open where the bottle is, is difficult to open.

Quiet to use

Water cooler has a nice design and is quiet to use. Love that it includes both hot and cold taps. Only slight drawback is it is a bit difficult to put bottle in the bottom and there is water overflow when attaching it. Otherwise, very satisfied and would recommend.
