I love the dispenser and the design and flow of the system, and you can temp control the water to your liability. Over all great especially for us tea or hot chocolate lovers. 😋

It reminds me of a Keurig that’s just for warming water. It’s easy to use and you’ll have warmer water in under a minute!!!! Saves her time. I’ll have to update if she experiences any issues.

You have settings to choose temperature and amount of water. The dispenser itself is lightweight, though I wish it takes up a little less counter space. Overall I like it as I’ve been wanting to drink tea more often and this is a nice way to remind myself to make it more.
