Love the fireplace look. The only thing i don't love is that it makes a loud humming noise sometimes, and you can't turn the heater completely off

Heat,Ambience, this does it all

It really deserves 5 stars.. however.. I gave it 4 …mainly because, ever so often the ‘glowing embers’ part will start flashing & I have to unplug it for 30 minutes to an hour & let it reset. That’s the only complaint I have about it. Other than that …I absolutely LOVE it!! I built a faux fireplace surround and hearth..& have some candles that smell like an actual fire..😃. So I’ll burn my candles..and have the crackling sound on & it’s like a have a real fire going. It gets 5 stars for ambiance ♥️ Oh..it heats my living room,into my dining room really good too! Would definitely recommend to a friend.
