Le Creuset Signature 1.75-qt Iron Handle Saucepan

This 1.75 qt. Le Creuset saucepan is a beautiful addition to my Oyster Le Creuset collection. It is bigger than I thought it would be and looks wonderful sitting on the stove. I will get a lot of use out of this saucepan: cooking vegetables, boiling eggs, making oatmeal, warming soup, etc. I hope will have the larger 2.25 qt. saucepan in Oyster soon so I can get that one too.

I have been watching for this Le Creuset size pan. Easy pay makes it possible. Just right for double gravies, grits, oatmeal servings etc. Thanks Q

Bought in white since provence was not available. I have provence dutch oven and skillet. Retains heat well which is important on this stove installed in 1984, the heating is not consistent, yet this pain offsets the stove’s age. I cook rice, quinoa, steam vegetables, etc. in it.

Le Creuset is the perfect cookware. Although heavy this cookware cooks so evenly on low to medium heat. I like the idea it will last a lifetime. My collection is the white and it's beautiful. Also the cleanup is so eacy.

Best little sauce pan ever, used to cook with Calphalon but switched to Le Creuset. It is very heavy cookware, however, it has excellent heat retention, cooks evenly and goes from stove to oven AND can go into the dishwasher. Follow the care instructions and you’ll have this for a lifetime. Thrilled with this cookware, never using anything else!
