T-fal Ultimate EZ Clean Pro Deep Fryer

The basket is nice and big I could fry six perch filets at the same time. It is easy to use and keeps the oil at the temperature of your choosing. You do have to use a lot of oil to fill it up, but with the filtration you can use it again and store it. I highly recommend this fryer.

For our first test run, we fried egg rolls using a blend of 80% peanut oil and 20% Wagyu tallow. The result was crisp, golden-brown perfection with an excellent balance of texture and flavor. This fryer’s intuitive controls and efficient performance make it a great choice for hassle-free frying, whether you’re preparing crispy appetizers or experimenting with new recipes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a neat little fryer. It's compact, so you do need to cook in batches but the size is better for storing. It heats up quickly and maintains temperature well. It was very easy to clean. The oil filtration system is a huge bonus and worked well. The indicator light for heat can be hard to see unless you are looking over the top of it. I will be replacing my old deep fryer with this one.
