Wonderful surprise

We had ordered a prime rib in the same order and had it on Christmas Day, It was terrible so I worried that I had ordered the chateubriand for a New Years Day Party. But the chateaubriands were both wonderful! Got tons of compliments.

Tender

The beef tenderloin was very good. It was tender and the rub was not overwhelming. The reason for 4 stars not 5 was the piece we received had one very small end, but itxwas delicious.

Very tender and delicious

I ordered Chateaubriand roasts for Christmas Day dinner and they were very tender and flavorful. Several of our family members said that it was the best beef that they ever had. The website cooking directions were easy to follow. We had 11 adult family members, about half of whom have big appetites, so I ordered three roasts and there was plenty of meat with some leftovers.
