Tenderized

On the packaging of the beef ribeyes, it indicates that the steaks have been tenderized. I don't think that is mentioned in the TV presentation. The steaks are promoted as being naturally tender with much demonstration of cutting and chewing, etc. It would be nice if there was more truth in marketing.
