This form and process are intended exclusively for use by intellectual property rights owners and their agents to notify Jennikeyn of alleged infringements, such as copyright or trademark concerns.

Please note that if you are not the rights owner or an authorized agent, we will not be able to process complaints submitted through this channel.

2. Notice of Infringement (DMCA)

To file a notice of infringement, please provide our designated agent with a written communication (via email) that includes the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property.

• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark that you claim has been infringed.

• The specific URL(s) on our Site where the material is located.

• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.

• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Processing Time

All complaints submitted will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days. You will be notified of the outcome via the email address you provided in your report.
