Bio Ionic PowerLight Pro-Dryer

From a professional’s perspective, I purchased this dryer because of its lightweight design. However, it didn’t even last a year. The handle would become excessively hot, making it impossible to hold. Despite the warranty replacement, I’ve had to replace it in my salon. One downside is that the diffuser must be purchased separately, which is unfortunate. On the positive side, the diffuser is quite nice. In my opinion, the cord length is a bit short, but that’s a common issue with dryers these days. It’s a shame that there wasn’t a company that could custom-make dryers like shears! I would recommend this dryer for home use only, not for salon use.

This is my 3rd Bioionic Powerlight in 12 years and I love this dryer! As a hairdresser of 33 years I need the power of 1875 watts as well as the light weight 18 oz of this piece of equipment!

My prior PowerLight Pro-Dryer lasted 10 years. It does a great job blowing hair.

My only complaint is I didn’t get the 20% discount applied to the sale.

Used my dryer for the first time love it. So happy I made that purchase. I loved my straight iron that I’ve had for years.
