Smaller than I anticipated; two include the size of the side pockets. Nonetheless, a standard thermos cup can fit perfectly. I liked that the cushion that divides the laptop area is actually a pocket and I definitely appreciate the pocket in the back. I makes it easy to reach for last minute things when it’s on my back. I would love to see a side pocket across from that one. And I’ve course would love to see two side pockets that could accommodate two different size thermoses. I love the free flowing of the straps, making it easier for me to hang my book bag up.
I need a backpack as a purse to keep the weight evenly distributed and the Sak one I purchased is not only gorgeous but so functional. The top "handle" turns into a shoulder strap!!!! I love it!
Love all the pockets for storage and changing between backpack or purse is super easy and convenient
