Total Gym Cyclo Trainer 2

It is a great addition to strengthen your core, hips, knees, and legs. I recommend the cycle for those who use to enjoy riding a bike. You can experience the same motions without falling.

Everything about Total Gym is a hit. I love the attachment, but not the best design. I had to make several attempt to get the screws in straight. I ended up go to HD to buy screws.

This product is very sturdy and works just as described. I have been very happy with every product. I have bought with total Jim, easy to use, easy to set up, practical and made very well. This has been a nice addition to my total gym workouts, giving me an aerobic component that I needed. Takes five minutes to set up and fits very well on the bottom of the total gym and you don’t need to take it on and off. You can just leave it there put your board in front of it and do your other exercises, take your board off and use the cyclotrainer. Could not be easier.
