Sharper Image PURIFY 9 Whole Room True HEPA Air Purifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted one of these forever, I finally broke down and got it for myself for my birthday. It's a little larger than I would like and takes up quite a bit of room. The functions are nice and the automatic setting really does kick up when there are contaminants like smoke in the air. After using it for almost a month the filter is still pretty clean so I wonder how well it's actually working. Pulled the filter out several times and it looks clean but I hear the system working so I don't know what to expect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice air purifier. It is extremely easy to set up. The controls are on top - they are both easy to access and easy to use. There are six fan speeds and an Auto mode. It is pretty quiet on the first 3 or 4 speeds. It has a nice sleep feature that dims the lights and uses a quiet fan speed. There is a color coded ring surrounding the controls that shows the room air quality. There is a handle cutout on the back that makes it easy to move. It has one 3-stage HEPA filter that is easy to change out.

It has a really nice design that looks classy in my living room, the touchpad’s light on top goes off when not in use, it is a fairly quiet unit, and the filter inside is dense and high quality. All around a great purchase for any home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Purify 9 Air Purifier is a strong machine that does have a lot of power and has the ability to clean the air quickly. Along with the 6 different fan speed settings, it does have an auto mode which makes using it easy. The top also looks like a jet engine, which fits the machine well because on the highest fan setting it does sound like a jet engine. The circular design also prevents it from being set flush to a wall, so it does sit out in the open a bit.
