The only problem I have had setting up the dispenser arose from my being unable to secure the collar onto the neck of the three gallon glass bottles we have. I will now have to replace water bottles.

Single mother here with 3 teenagers in the house! I am delighted with my unit that just arrived & will probably purchase a 2nd one for the garage (aka "Teenage Lounge")
