Le Creuset Cast Iron 7-qt Roaster

This is a fabulous addition in the kitchen. I have a couple other pieces of Le Creuset and like to mix up the colors and this green is beautiful. The pan is huge! I did a brisket already and know it will easily accommodate a turkey, prime rib, or even 20 lbs of lasagna :)

Extremely well made, I;ll be honest, it's a little heavy for me to lift-especially with a roast and vegetables in it, but this shows just how well made it is! Color is amazing,

I purchased the Le Creuset Cast Iron 7-qt Roaster in Oyster to add to my collection. This is a beautiful piece, but be warned, it's a substantial roaster and HEAVY! If you're not able to lift nearly 20 lbs easily, you may want to reconsider. The color is gorgeous with the ombre effect. It arrived in Le Creuset packaging and in perfect condition. All that and I was able to catch it on sale!

I have given LeCreuset as gifts but could never justify the cost for myself until I saw this masterful roasting pan presented. I instinctively knew I had to purchase this pan and I love, love, love it. If you’re on the fence, climb right down and buy it, for yourself; you can thank me later!

The rim around the edge was chipped and I sent the first one back and they sent me another that was also chipped. I have other pots from this brand that were not like that. Disappointed.
