KitchenAid Burr Coffee Grinder

This is by far the Best Coffee Grinder we've owned! Very Quiet, No Static and very Attractive on my counter next to my Kitchenaid Tilt Mixer. So happy with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet. It says that you can"program" a grind. But once"programmed, if you fiddle with anything, there is no way to get your program back. I have looked for an extra hopper and ground carafe but the Kitchenaid site is useless. So, it appears that there is no way to get extra or replacement parts.
