KitchenAid Capellini and Lasagnette Cutter Attachments

I purchased the pasta cutter attachment after being gifted the roller, all I can say is that I will now not be purchasing pasta from the supermarket. These attachments make making pasta so easy and fast I would highly recommend purchasing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea is great, but the execution is a bit to be desired. It may have been user error, but whenever we used the smaller cutter, it just turned into a big mess. And once it becomes jammed up with pasta dough it is nearly impossible to clean up without taking the whole thing apart. The larger cutter worked much better, as we didn't have any jamming issues. but it suffers from the same design and is hard to clean out. It would be nice if there was access on the top that would allow us to clean out easier.
