Le Creuset 10-qt Enamel-on-Steel Stockpot with (3) Tools

The lid fell onto the floor. There was a dent in the lid. How does this happen with enamel coated steel?

I love this stockpot! I bought a stockpot years ago from a high end department store. I thought it did a good job, but the food would stick to the bottom if I didn’t watch it closely. When I saw this on, I knew I had to try it. It evenly cooks my food, and I don’t have any trouble with food sticking.

The first time I used this pa I cooked spaghetti sauce...cooked on lowest setting on burner... pan burned!!! Took me almost a week of soaking and scrubbing to get it cleaned.... not happy with the way it performed

I truly love cooking in my new pot. Only issue is the knob on lid works itself loose and I have to use a Phillip's screw driver to tighten it. The knob should not work loose should have added a washer added to the lid. Great pot otherwise.
