Le Creuset 2.25-qt Signature Cast Iron Braiser w/ Glass Lid

Love, love, love the pan. Easy to cook with and cleans up well. Disappointed with this glass lid, though. Due to its design, water collects under the lip and will not drain away, must use Colton-tip swab or corner of napkin to manually dry.

I already had a larger size braised just like this one, so I was very happy to get a small one. Perfect when cooking for 2 or 4. So cute and dainty, I keep it on my stovetop ready to use. I normally get white or pink, but this flame color is fantastic! I couldn't be more pleased! Love my Le Cruset!!!

This is the perfect pan! I have always wanted a Le Creuset Dutch Oven but always felt that was more pan than I needed well then here comes along the 2.25 qt Braiser - PERFECT. I couldn't be more in love. I am just cooking for myself and maybe one other so this is the perfect size, in fact I've been cooking in it every day since its arrival.

Love this pan... Not too big or too small. The lid is an added plus as well.

This is the perfect dish. It can go one the cooktop (gas stove or flat surface) and then straight into the oven. It wipes clean easily, even when the dark carmelization gets on the dish. Heats evenly and it’s not nearly as the traditional cast iron skillets. The lid fits nicely and it fits tight so no sliding around. After dinner out it right into the refrigerator to save the leftovers.
