used olive oil & KC spice- grilled the steak, taste was great and the filet was tender.

Not as good as I am used to!

This order lacked the tenderness I have grown accustomed!

Shape of filets

Hello, one of the center cut filets was not center cut. it was shaped like the end of a whole filet, It was closer to the tail. Which package would have all 4 flat filets?
