Not what I expected

I have ordered this item before, so what I thought I was getting was 12 4 oz. filet-type steaks. What I received was 12 4 oz packages of "pieces" of steak--"trimmings" or "ends"--not individual steaks. They would be good for beef stew, but not for a special meal, or a meal with friends. I watched the presentation all the way through and never saw what I received.

Center cut sirloin

There was a strip of looks like tendon through each of the steaks (that wasn't good) I've already cooked. Aren't the most tender for the price I paid. ☹️ But the flavor is Delish. What is Rastelli's recommendation for cooking to they're most tender? I love medium rare, however, pan frying leaves middle rare. Btw, the seasoning packet is Delish 😋 Would definitely order again if price was lower.

love, love, Rastelli steaks, best flavor, best portion size. we have lots of parties and every so often we use Rastelli steaks, everyone says same, great taste. I am a HUGE Rastelli steak fan.
