Rastelli’s (8) 9oz. Filet Mignon Beef Wellingtons

My only regret is ordering the 4 pack instead of the 8 pack. We both raved over the flavor and how tender these are. Perfect!

We followed the instructions to a tee, they came out perfect, but yes there was a lot of juice in the pan, next time I’ll also use a rack with parchment paper. We are definitely going to reorder!

I had family over and was nervous about these. I did broil it for a bit to get the top browned. The bottom pastry was moist, but there was a recommendation in another review to try. The flavor was amazing, and there was nothing left on anyone's plates!! I received chicken instructions as well but got on site for correct instructions.

Easy to prepare. Perfect tender medium rare. Served these for my New Year’s Eve dinner party and the guests were impressed!

I like this. It’s nice to have a flavorful steak when I’m tired and don’t want to cook. BUT this product has some design issues. There is a lot of juice and that makes the pastry on the bottom mushy. Still tastes good, but the texture isn’t at all right. The recipes I’ve seen state the meat should be pre cooked before wrapping in pastry. That doesn’t seem to be the approach taken here. And I wonder if convection ovens are being used on air and result in the browning of the pastry. My pastry is never browned. So the product needs some refinement but is still tasty and a good option for my situation. It isn’t ready to be served to guests or given as a gift. Also not sure the role of parchment is. Didn’t make a difference for me. Next time I will try baking on a rack so the juices don’t make the pastry soggy.
