Wild Cod Fritters

A good amount of cod that's not seen a food processor but the breading is a bit too much for our taste. Tastes okay but nothing stellar. Good with a spritz of lemon. Size of each piece is okay...about 3"-4" but they're not all the same. I like that the cod is wild, not farmed.
