You can add heat to the foot massage. You can set the compression from low, medium, or high. It also has a timer for a quick 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes massage. You can also set the speed levels! I love to use it when my feet are tired and I need to rest.

There’s even a heat function, though the heat is subtle. I especially like the compression feature of this massager. My heels tend to be sore by the end of the day, and this massager feels terrific on my feet.
