24-Hour Change Window
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, orders enter processing, and modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
If you do not have our email confirming the eligibility of your return request, no refunds will be issued.
Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
Return Shipping Fees
Our store provides free prepaid return labels for all eligible returns. Customers will not be responsible for any return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return.
Exchange Criteria
You must return unwanted products with their original condition within 30 days from the date the items were received for exchange. Every item must be exchanged for a maximum number of one time.
