6. Cancellations and Changes

  • 24-Hour Window: You may request a cancellation for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.

7. Pricing Errors

While we strive for 100% accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Jennikeyn reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the custom nature of our metal signs and variations in monitor displays, slight differences in color or finish may occur.
