Processing Timeline

  • We’ll review and process valid notices within 3 business days, notifying you via your provided email.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If a user believes removed/disabled content isn’t infringing or they have rights to use it (e.g., fair use), they may submit a counter-notice to support@jennikeyn.com with:

  1. Identification of the removed/disabled content and its prior location on Watchio.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact info: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice Outcome

  • We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant.
  • Unless the rights owner files a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days at our discretion.
