At Jennikeyn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
We accept returns for both defective (damaged, incorrect item) and non-defective (changed mind, wrong size) products.
Product Condition: Items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at support@jennikeyn.com with your order number.
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Download and print the return label, then pack your item securely.
Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Important: Please do not send items back without first contacting us for a return label. We cannot guarantee a refund for packages returned without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Fees: We provide Free return shipping labels for all eligible returns. You will not be charged for return shipping.
Restocking Fees: There are No restocking fees for any returns.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, please contact us within the 30-day window to arrange an exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Window: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 Hours: If the order has already entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@jennikeyn.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
