Refund and Returns Policy

At Jennikeyn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Return Conditions

We accept returns for both defective (damaged, incorrect item) and non-defective (changed mind, wrong size) products.

  • Product Condition: Items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@jennikeyn.com with your order number.

  2. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.

  3. Download and print the return label, then pack your item securely.

  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Important: Please do not send items back without first contacting us for a return label. We cannot guarantee a refund for packages returned without prior authorization.

3. Return Fees & Exchanges

  • Return Shipping Fees: We provide Free return shipping labels for all eligible returns. You will not be charged for return shipping.

  • Restocking Fees: There are No restocking fees for any returns.

  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, please contact us within the 30-day window to arrange an exchange.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Window: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement.

  • After 24 Hours: If the order has already entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@jennikeyn.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
