This statement explains the authenticity of products sold on Jennikeyn.com and how we treat trademarks, copyrights, and licenses. It is intended to meet Google Merchant Center requirements against counterfeit goods, trademark misuse, and misleading claims.
1. Who makes the products
Jennikeyn sells custom laser-cut metal signs and metal décor produced to order after you check out. We are the merchant of record. Items are made from metal and finished as described on each product page.
We are not:
- An authorized dealer, licensee, or official store of any automobile brand, sports league, entertainment studio, or U.S. military service
- A reseller of another company’s branded merchandise
- A seller of replicas, knock-offs, or “inspired by” goods meant to pass as a famous brand
The seller name on checkout, invoices, and Google Merchant Center is Jennikeyn / Ecomcht LLC.
2. Authenticity of what you receive
Each sign you receive is a new, made-to-order item matching the listing you purchased, including the size and personalization you entered, subject to the cutting template of that design.
- We do not sell used, refurbished, or counterfeit products.
- We do not apply another company’s logo, wordmark, or official seal to pass the sign off as that company’s product.
- Product titles and descriptions identify the item as a Jennikeyn custom metal sign, not as official merchandise of a third-party brand.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
3. Original artwork and licenses
Unless a listing expressly states that a design is used under a written license:
- Artwork, silhouettes, layouts, and product photography on this Site are created for Jennikeyn, commissioned by us, or used under a valid license or other lawful right.
- “Custom,” “personalized,” and family-name designs are generic home-décor motifs (animals, workshops, cabins, BBQ, addresses). They are not official marks of any third party.
- We do not currently sell licensed sports, studio, or automotive collectibles. If that changes, the listing will name the licensor.
No listing should be read as affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from any other brand, team, studio, or government agency.
4. Trademarks and brand names
Google Merchant Center prohibits counterfeit goods and listings that use a trademark to confuse buyers about who makes the product.
We therefore:
- Do not use another company’s logo or official wordmark as our product identity
- Do not describe signs as “official,” “licensed,” “OEM,” or “genuine [Brand]” unless we hold that license and say so on the listing
- Do not sell replicas of branded merchandise
Factual, non-confusing references (for example describing a generic workshop or vehicle silhouette without a protected logo) are décor descriptions only. They do not mean the sign is made or approved by a vehicle manufacturer or other trademark owner.

5. Military and government marks
We do not sell official U.S. Department of Defense, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, or Coast Guard seals, insignia, or licensed heraldic items.
Listings that mention service, ships, or veterans are commemorative home décor only. They are not issued, approved, or endorsed by any military service. We do not claim government affiliation.
6. Customer-submitted text
You are responsible for the names and phrases you enter for personalization. You must not submit logos or text you do not have the right to use. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears to infringe a copyright or trademark.
Submitting personalization does not make the finished sign “official” merchandise of any person or brand named on it.
7. Google Merchant Center
For Shopping ads and free listings we will:
- Use Jennikeyn (or Ecomcht LLC where required) as the merchant / brand of our custom signs
- Not submit GTINs or brand fields of another manufacturer to imply we sell that manufacturer’s goods
- Keep titles, descriptions, prices, and images consistent with the product page
- Remove or correct a listing if we determine it violates this statement or Google’s Shopping policies
This statement works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and DMCA Policy.
8. Reporting a problem
Customers: if you received an item that does not match the listing, email [email protected] with your order number and photos.
Rights holders: send a copyright notice or IP report as described in the DMCA Policy.
