This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit Jennikeyn.com, create an account, place an order, contact support, or interact with our ads (including Google Shopping and other Google ads).
By using the site, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Name, billing address, shipping address, email, and phone number
- Order details, personalization text for custom signs, and customer-service messages
- Account login if you create an account
- Payment information entered at checkout. Cards are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and dates/times of visits
- Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Cookies below)
- Approximate location derived from IP address
Information from service providers
Our store platform, Stripe, shipping carriers, and advertising partners (including Google) may send us order status, fraud signals, delivery scans, or ad-performance data linked to your visit or purchase.
We do not require you to provide government ID to buy a sign. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Process, produce, ship, and support orders (including custom text you submit)
- Communicate about orders, returns, and service issues
- Display the site, prevent fraud, and keep accounts secure
- Measure traffic and improve listings, pages, and checkout
- Show and measure ads, including Google Shopping, Google Search ads, and remarketing, where those tools are enabled
- Comply with law, tax, accounting, and dispute requirements
- Enforce our Terms, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy
We do not use personalization text on your sign for unrelated marketing without a separate, lawful basis.
3. Google and advertising
If we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Google Merchant Center:
- Google may collect device and interaction data through cookies or similar tags on our site, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Product, price, availability, and store information are submitted to Google Merchant Center so products can appear in Google Shopping and related listings.
- We may use conversion tracking and remarketing. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at Google Ads Settings and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on where available.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers as that term is commonly used in California law (see Your rights).
4. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the store:

If the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the buyer under this same type of policy.

5. Cookies
We use:
- Essential cookies – cart, checkout, login, security, and Stripe payment
- Preferences – language or recently viewed items
- Analytics – how the site is used
- Advertising – Shopping and remarketing, if enabled
You can block cookies in your browser. Essential cookies may be required for checkout to work.
6. How long we keep information
We keep order and customer records as long as needed for production, shipping, returns, taxes, and legal claims-typically at least as long as applicable U.S. tax and consumer-record rules. Analytics and ad logs follow each provider’s retention settings. You may ask us to delete account data; we may retain what the law requires.
7. Security
We use HTTPS and rely on WooCommerce, our host, and Stripe’s security controls. No website is completely secure. Do not send card numbers by email.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we have about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete information, subject to legal exceptions (for example completed orders we must keep)
- Opt out of certain targeted advertising cookies via your browser or the tools in section 3
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails (order emails will still be sent)
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” and enough detail for us to find your order or account. We may need to verify your email or order number. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Do not sell or share (California): We do not sell personal information for money. If our ads tools are treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, you may email us to request that we limit those tools on our store to the extent we control them.
9. Children
The site is for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
10. International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you order from another country, your information is processed in the United States and in the countries where our platform, Stripe, production, and shipping partners operate. Those countries may not provide the same legal protections as your home country.
11. Links to other sites
Product pages or ads may link to carriers, Google, or Stripe pages we do not control. Their privacy policies apply on those sites.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may also be announced by email or a notice on the site.
