Shipping Policy
At Jennikeyn, we strive to provide a transparent and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the highest quality of service and delivery speed for our domestic customers.
We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.95 for all orders delivered within the United States. This fee is clearly displayed at checkout and covers standard shipping and handling.
Our total delivery time is estimated as follows:
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Order Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Transit Time: 7 – 12 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 – 15 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team at Support@jennikeyn.com.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it:
Verify the shipping address provided in your order confirmation.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
Check with neighbors or around your property.
Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely).
If the package is still missing after these steps, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
